Beginners POLE DANCE 

This class is suitable for you if you have never tried pole dancing before or had couple of lessons in the past.
Every session starts with the warm up - essential part of training preparing all groups of muscles and joints for main workout. You will build strength, work on flexibility and learn how to coordinate your body around the pole; go through pole moves (such as basic tricks, spins, climbs, etc) and their combos, and learn foundation techniques of going upside down. You will learn to feel your body movement awakening your inner sensuality and musicality while dancing a routine. 
This class is perfect to try both sides of pole dancing - being strong and graceful while performing pole moves and feel the Exotic side when you are free to express yourself and fill up the dance with your soul!

Outfit required: comfy shorts, top and socks. Leggings are good only for warm up.
Please don't apply any cream/oil on your skin on the day of the class (it's important for the grip with pole).

Upper Beginner / Intermediate POLE TRICKS

This is a mixed level class from upper beginners to intermediate. If you have never done pole before - please book 'beginners pole dance' class.

Every session starts with the warm up - essential part of training preparing all groups of muscles and joints for main workout. You will build strength, work on flexibility and learn how to coordinate your body around the pole. You will work on  perfecting  your inversions, learn pole moves (such as inverted V, gemini, scorpio, butterfly, superman, skydive, D pose, martini, jasmine, handstands and others) and how to put separate moves into combos.

Outfit required: comfy shorts, top and socks. Leggings are good only for warm up.

Please don't apply any cream/oil on your skin on the day of the class (it's important for the grip with pole).

Open Intermediate POLE TRICKS

This is a mixed level class from lower intermediate to upper intermediate.

To participate in this class you need confident execution of inverted crucifix.

Every session starts with the warm up - essential part of training preparing all groups of muscles and joints for main workout. You will build strength and work on flexibility. Pole moves and their combos are adjusted according to the level to let you learn and practise with your pace. You will learn a range of intermediate pole moves from Inverted V, gemini, scorpio, butterfly, pike, leg switches up to brass monkey, shoulder mount, allegra, extended butterfly, bow and arrow, and will learn how to put separate pole moves into combos.

Outfit required: shorts, top, socks.

Beginners EXOTIC POLE

Exotic Pole shows the most sensual and tempting side of pole dancing. This is a choreography class in high heels (heels are optional), you will learn to feel your body and movement , awaken your natural sensuality and musicality, how to express yourself with the dance. It will improve self-confidence, boost your inner energy and passion... Get into exotic pole flow, fill up the dance with the rhythm of your soul!

This class is suitable for you if you have some experience in Pole Dance (Technique) / took a few Beginners Pole Dance lessons.

Outfit required: knee pads, platform heels (optional) or socks, shorts or leggings, top.

Beginners / Intermediate SPINNING POLE

This is a mixed level class from beginners to intermediate. If you have never done pole before we would recommend to start with 'beginners pole dance' classes.

This class is run on spinning poles. Executive technique is different from static poles. Please expect that you will need some time to get used to spinning mode and learn how to feel and control energy and momentum of spinning pole. You will learn how to get into the flow and feel grace of shapes while you are spinning

This class is suitable for you if you have some experience in pole dancing. If you have never tried it before please expect that there might be more advanced participants in the class. Moves and combos are adjusted individually according to the level which allows you to go through your pole journey with your own pace in friendly and supportive atmosphere.

It is a perfect full body workout as well as exciting and fun way to improve your fitness level and achieve your pole / fitness goals. 

Every session starts with the warm up - essential part of training preparing all groups of muscles and joints for main workout. This will include conditioning and stretching/flexibility exercises. This class is focused on execution technique of pole moves such as tricks, spins and their combos. Every session is finished with cool down to relax and stretch muscles after workout.

Outfit required: comfy shorts, top and socks. Leggings are good only for warm up.

Advanced / Upper Intermediate POLE TRICKS

This class is suitable for you if you are an experienced pole dancer. To attend this class you need confident and clean  execution of: aerial inversion (with gemini climb), brass monkey, shoulder mount, allegra, extended butterfly.

This class is focused on execution technique of advanced  pole moves such as tricks, spins, handstands and their combos.

Moves and combos are adjusted individually according to the level which allows you to go through your pole journey with your own pace in friendly and supportive atmosphere.

It is a perfect full body workout as well as exciting and fun way to improve your fitness level and achieve your pole / fitness goals.

This will include conditioning to improve your stamina as well as stretching/flexibility exercises.  Every session is finished with cool down to relax and stretch muscles after workout.

Intermediate EXOTIC POLE

Exotic Pole shows the most sensual and tempting side of pole dancing. This is a choreography class in high heels (heels are optional) with fluid floorwork and pole tricks/spins interpreted to exotic pole dance.
You will learn to feel your body and movement, express yourself through the dance, awaken your natural sensuality and musicality. It will improve self-confidence, boost your inner energy and passion... 
Get into exotic pole flow, fill up the dance with the rhythm of your soul!
This class is suitable for you if you have Intermediate level Pole Dance (Technique) skills and took a number of Beginners Exotic Pole classes and can perform beginners routines effortlessly.
Even though the class is focused on choreography rather than performing pole tricks please expect that at this level you will need some basic pole skills, upper body strength and coordination.

Outfit required: knee pads, platform heels (optional) or socks, shorts or leggings, top.

Beginners/Intermediate DANCE FLOW (NO HEELS)

This class is a 'no heels' pole session suitable for experienced beginner / intermediate level. 
Not suitable for complete beginners. If you have never done pole before - please book 'beginners pole dance' class.

To attend this class you need confident execution of: front hook, back hook, fireman, chair spins; pole sit, climb.

Every session starts with the warm up - essential part of training preparing all groups of muscles and joints for main pole workout.

In this session you will learn how to move around the pole whilst incorporating basic pole tricks and spins with an old school dance vibe.

Outfit required: comfy shorts, top, knee pads and socks. Leggings are good only for warm up.

STRETCHING/FLEXIBILITY

Stretching / flexibility class is conducted without pole and open to all levels.
We start with warm up, and go through combination of active and passive stretching and mobility exercises to improve your strength and flexibility level, helping to get wider range of movement and better awareness and sensation of your body, relax and release stress.

Outfit required: we recommend leggings , long sleeve top, socks. As an option you can wear shorts and crop top

PRIVATE LESSON, 1 hour

Private lesson (pole dance technique / exotic pole / stretching) will be conducted according to students' needs and level , 1 hour.
1-to-1 (one student in the class) - £60
1-to-2 (two students in the class) - £80
1-to-3 (three students in the class)- £100.
