Safety of our students and instructors is a priority. We want to reassure you we are monitoring the developing situation closely.

Following the guidance released from Public Health England, we ask that all of our students and instructors adhere to the government’s latest medical advice.

Please stay at home and do not come to any class if you have any of these symptoms:
✓ new continuous cough
✓ a high temperature
✓ a loss of, or change in, your normal sense of taste or smell

From our side we change our cancellation policy from 30 hours down to 24 hours. If you cancel a class because of having these symptoms less than 24 hours before the class you will be allowed to make up missed class when notice from a doctor or your covid-19 test result will be provided to us.

However if you are feeling fit and well, all of our classes are operating as normal and we would love you to continue your normal workout routine with us. Staying healthy and fit is more important than ever at the moment.

Our instructors are fully aware of the need to clean and sterilise equipment. We ask that you take these steps, which are consistent with government advice:

✓ Keep your hands clean, wash regularly and thoroughly, for at least 20 seconds with soap and water, or use a hand sanitiser (it will be provided in the studio). This should be done minimum at entering and leaving the studio, after going to the bathroom

✓ Always carry tissues with you and use them to catch all coughs and sneezes and then bin the tissue - then wash your hands with soap and water, or use a sanitiser

✓ Please use the cleaning sprays provided to wipe down equipment before and after use

✓ Where possible avoid touching your face while at the studio

✓ Avoid any close personal contact (hugs, etc) and keep 2 metres apart where possible

✓ Please do not share poles, any cleaning supplies, phones, grip aids or any other items.

✓ Please bring your own mat, grip aid and clean towel to wipe down your equipment (you do not need a mat for exotic pole class)

✓ Face coverings are not mandatory and may be worn by anyone if they feel it is necessary (it is not advised to wear one during exercise)
